Biography:

Francis was raised in Calgary and has pursued an extensive education and career in law. He holds the following degrees:

Francis is a Member of the Bar of both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta. He articled in Vancouver, B.C., and was called to the B.C. Bar as a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public in 2013. He was subsequently called to the Alberta Bar in 2014.

Legal Approach:

Francis brings a unique approach to litigation matters, encouraging parties to settle rather than engage in protracted disputes. He believes that settling disputes saves parties costly legal fees and emotional harm.

Legal Experience:

Francis has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta, including the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia (Criminal and Family Division), as well as before Government Administrative Tribunals.
